Raised in the Spanish Canary Islands, I have 15+ years experience as an architect in both Europe and New Zealand. I am currently freelancing in Boulder, Colorado.

I grew up in Gran Canaria, off the coast of Spain, and completed my University studies in architecture at the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ETSA / ULPGC. I received my architectural license in 2008, and am qualified to work throughout the entire European Union. After university I worked with several different architectural firms in Spain specialising in contemporary residential design. I moved to New Zealand in 2011 to help the reconstruction of Christchurch after the devastating earthquakes. I fell in love with New Zealand and lived and worked there for 10 years. Notable projects included The River House with Studio 7 architecture, The Pacifica with Plus Architecture, and Otahuhu Church with BSM Architecture.

For the past year I've been working with one of the leading Colorado Architecture and Landscape companies; Fletemeyer & Lee Associates. My work there gave me the opportunity to adapt to the US architecture industry and experience diverse projects across America. Designing and planning for Christian Camps, Recreation Facilities, Residential Housing and Urban Planning.

The majority of my experience is in residential & commercial architecture, urban design and landscape, however, I have a great interest in sustainability, and green construction methods. These twin passions brought me to Boulder, Colorado, so that I could explore these subjects further. I’ve also developed an interest in interior design and have begun to shift my focus and career toward innovation in that discipline.

I bring years of experience and a solid worldview to all of my projects. Having lived and worked on three continents, I’ve been at the forefront of building innovation and architectural trends for over a decade. My strengths lie in conception, ideation and design development.

I have strong communication skills (I am fluent in Spanish, English and Italian) I am friendly and open minded. I also have a great sense of curiosity, and desire to know and learn about architecture from all over the world.
